This comic I created especially for Kodansha Morning Competition. It’s 23 pages long and took me 2 months (!!), I realized that sounded atrocious in term of speed, but this comic has gone through various transformation, to begin with, it was started as a completely different story and was going to be almost 50 pages long, which I realized, I won’t be able to finish before deadline. Then it turned into this current story, which still have a lot of pages redone/reword over and over. And I was under the pressure to prove myself, my skills, I can’t say that I was happy while working on this, I was downright paranoid, even after finishing it, I felt bad every time I looked at it, and I wanted to hibernate till March 2008.
I long for the day that I can JUST draw comic without this constant needing to prove myself worthy to everyone else. It’s tiring.
anyway, here’s some samples, unless you are on my lj friendlist, then I presumed you have read the whole comic and I apologize for duplicated contents, otherwise, enjoy, I’ll make the whole comic available here when the result of competition is out. (and I don’t score anything)

I honestly think you’ve already proved yourself as a great artist! I mean.. look at The Clarence Principle! if you werent such a great artist, (and fehed a great writer) SLG wouldn’t of published you guys..
Combined you and fehed are an awesome team, as individuals both of you are just as great! dont doubt yourself. this comic is just as great as alot of your other works!! (i love how you draw hair :P a touch of John Mayer in it :P)
